Saturday workout with Klara haha! Get my tights here and top here (adlinks)

Alltså det blir ju så jääääkla mycket roligare när man tränar med en kompis! Det är verkligen DEN motivationen jag behöver för att komma iväg. Idag körde vi ett pass med Klaras PT Frida, fokus på styrka med lite kondition på slutet. Fett tungt men kul! Har kört regelbunden träning i två veckor nu (typ varannan dag) och det känns så jäkla bra!

Nu ska vi ner och hämta tvätten och sen är vi klara med allt. Nu är det verkligen rent hemma, har storstädat ordentligt. Älskar den känslan när allt är rent & nytvättat! Efter tre dagar är det dock smutsigt igen haha, det blir väl så med hund.

Today we did a workout with Klara’s PT Frida, focus on strength with some cardio in the end. It was tough but fun! I’ve been working out regularly for two weeks now (almost every other day) and it feels really good!

Now we’re gonna go down and get our laundry and then we’re done with everything. I love that feeling when the laundry is done and the apartment is clean! It gets dirty again after three days though haha, I guess it’s like that when you have a dog.

Fredag redan?! Hatar hur fort tiden går, men älskar hur fort det alltid blir fredag igen haha. Det ska bli så skönt med helg! Imorgon har vi lite grejer att göra, men på söndag ska jag och Aleks till Yasuragi för att koppla av, ta lite behandlingar och bara umgås. Det behöver vi. Det blir en del jobb hemma även på helger eftersom att vi driver ett företag ihop, men på Yasuragi blir det datorförbud! ÄLSKAR det stället, känner mig alltid så avslappnad där. Ser verkligen fram emot vår vistelse! :-)

Har precis kommit tillbaka till kontoret efter en lunch med Klara. Jag kör på med min vegetariska vecka och då passade indiskt bra eftersom att min favoriträtt där (palak paneer, dock var dagens lunch en annan variant) är vegetarisk. Mitt mål med den här veckan var inte att bli vegetarian här och nu, utan att testa på nya smakupplevelser som vi kan fortsätta med. Vi behöver inte äta så mycket kött som vi gör, det är onödigt och det finns riktigt goda alternativ. Denna vecka har definitivt fått mig att vilja laga mer vegetarisk mat hemma!

Nu måste jag jobba. Puss ha en fin fredag!

// Friday already?! I hate how fast time goes by, but I love how fast Friday comes again haha. It will be really nice with a weekend off! We have some stuff to do tomorrow, but on Sunday Aleks and I are going to Yasuragi spa to relax, get some treatments and just spend time with each other. We need it. Since we have a company together we do bring work at home too, but on Yasuragi there will be no laptops! I really LOVE that place, I always feel so relaxed there. I’m really looking forward to our stay! :-)

I just got back to the office after a lunch with Klara. I’m still doing this vegetarian week and then Indian food was perfect since my favorite course there (palak paneer, this one was a bit different though) is vegetarian. My goal this week was not to become vegetarian here and now, but to try on new dishes that we can continue with. We don’t have to eat as much meat as we do, it’s unnecessary and there are really tasty options. This week definitely make me wanna cook more vegetarian food at home!

Nu när nyheten är ute så tänkte jag berätta lite mer om hur det egentligen gick till när Nelly frågade mig om jag ville fronta deras stora julkampanj. Vi har ju jobbat tillsammans sedan jag var 17-18 och jag har plåtats för dem många gånger och det är alltid lika kul, därför var det bara JA JA JA när de hörde av sig om julkampanjen. Sedan berättade de om idén om en jullåt + video utöver plåtningen och jag ba NEJ NEJ NEJ. Haha! Jag är ingen artist, jag är ingen sångerska. För några år sedan pratade jag om att jag skulle börja göra musik men kom sedan fram till att det inte var något för mig. Jag ÄLSKAR att sjunga, men sjunger mest i duschen. Ibland låter det bra och ibland så illa att om Mani hade kunnat prata så hade han skrikit åt mig att vara tyst.

Men sedan berättade de mer om idén, om hur videon skulle vara mysig och enkel och jag gillade det. Fortfarande väldigt nervös över hur det skulle tas emot av er men kände sedan äh, jag lever bara en gång. Jag fick nu chansen att testa på det här och det var jäkligt kul! Att filma själva videon var bland det roligaste jag gjort! Kul att göra något annorlunda, kul att utmana mig själv. Det krävdes en hel del mod för mig att hoppa på detta, och nu är det gjort och jag är stolt över resultatet. Man MÅSTE våga göra saker utanför ens comfort zone, för då lär man sig något och man växer som person. Iallafall jag. Och jag fick ju leka artist för en dag! :-)

// Now that the news are out, I thought I could tell you a bit more about what happened when Nelly asked me to be the face of their big Christmas campaign. As you know we’ve been working together since I was 17-18 and I’ve done many shoots fun shoots for them, that’s why I was like YES YES YES when they asked me about the Christmas campaign. And then they told be about the idea of a Christmas song + video and I was like NO NO NO. Haha! I’m not an artist, I’m not a singer. A couple of years ago I talked about starting with music but then realized that it wasn’t for me. I really love to sing, but I mostly sing in the shower. Sometimes it sounds good and sometimes so bad that if Mani could talk I swear he would tell me to shut up.

But then they told me more about the idea, about how the video would be cozy and simple and I liked it. Still very nervous about what you would say about it but then I thought like what the heck, I only live once. I got to chance to try this and it was so much fun! To record the video was one of the most fun things I’ve ever done! It was fun to do something different, to challenge myself. It took a lot of courage to do this, and now it’s done and I’m proud of the result. You HAVE TO do things outside of your comfort zone, because then you learn something and you grow as a person. At least I do. And I got to play artist for a day! :-)
