God morgon! Vi har precis vaknat (inlägget innan tidsinställde jag inatt så att ni skulle ha ett morgoninlägg) och ska snart packa ihop våra grejer och checka ut. Vi får se var vi äter frukost idag hehe, det här åt vi iallafall igår! Dock måste jag säga att dessa avokadotoasts inte var i närheten så goda som de på Two Hands. Av alla ställen vi testat är nog Two Hands och Jack’s Wife Freda i toppen! Vill äta där igennnn.

Vi hörs lite senare innan vi drar till flygplatsen!

// Good morning! We just woke up (I scheduled the previous post last night so that you would have a morning post) and we’re gonna pack up our stuff soon and check out. We’ll see where we’re having breakfast today hehe, this is what we ate yesterday! I have to say that these avo toasts was not as good at the ones at Two Hands though. Of all the places we’ve been to I have to say that Two Hands and Jack’s Wife Freda are the best ones! I want to eat there againnnnn.

Drinks at PHD

Hotellet vi bor på (Dream Downtown, det känns lite som W i Barcelona… I like!) har en rooftopbar som vi var tvungna att besöka. Så i onsdags satte vi oss där uppe, drack lite drinkar och tittade ut över staden samtidigt som mörkret föll. Så himla fint. Är ni här så borde ni ta en drink här uppe!

Idag åker vi hem men inte förrän sent ikväll så nu blir det en till dag med… MAAAAT!! Vi vill testa milkshaksen (och burgarna) på Black Tap, får se om vi hinner dit. ;-)

// The hotel we’re staying at (Dream Downtown, it feels a bit like W in Barcelona… I like!) has this rooftop bar we had to visit. So on Wednesday night we sat there, had some drinks and looked out over the city as it got dark. It was beautiful. If you’re in the city you should have a drink up here!

We’re going home today but not until late tonight so now we’re having another day with… FOOOOD!! We want to try the milkshakes (and burgers) at Black Tap, we’ll see if we can make it there. ;-)

Yesterday’s breakfast at Lafayette Grand Café & Bakery

Ett till asmysigt ställe ni tipsat om! Älskar att man kunde sitta ute. :-) Vi delade på en omelett och så pannkakor på det. Allt var supergott. Fan vad jag kommer sakna alla våra mysiga frukostar/bruncher här i New York! Men det ska bli skönt att komma hem till vanliga matvanor igen, har nog aldrig ätit så mycket i hela mitt liv som vi gjort här haha. Men New York har så sjukt mycket bra matställen, så man vill testa ALLT och är man inte hungrig så trycker man i sig ändå. ;-)

Damn I’m gonna miss our cozy breakfast/brunch dates here in New York! But it’s gonna be nice to get back to my usual food routines again, I don’t think I’ve ever eaten this much as I have on this trip haha. But New York has so many good food places, so you want to try them ALL and if you’re not hungry you just force it down. ;-)
